myspace DOES NOT give two shits about anything
ive emailed them numerous times about someone stealing my url and me not being able to click on my pic to go to my page. what do they say?
they send me a stupid fuckin ass message saying

“to create ur url click on CREATE URL next to your pic”
how am i gonna do that?i already did that 3 yrs ago! i cant change it!

I was trying to change my email address and it was running slow so I just got out the website…ever since then I can’t login into my account and when I try to send me a password or anything it says my emails don’t exist…witch is so stupid since my profile is still there and everything…I need help to get into my account!!

Yeah, my 20-year old nephew died in November and my sister has tried for two months now to have his profile removed and there is ZERO response. Because that’s what grieving parents need, to see a profile page with the motorcycle that killed him on it.

MySpace is a pissoff. I took the time to register for an account and I tried clicking their fucking verfication link but I get to their damn home page, and I try to log in, but it just refreshes the home page. Did this happen to anybody else? I am so pissed right now.

What do you expect? Myspace and Facebook are free. Maybe if they charged for membership you would be able to get through to customer service and make changes, but free is free.

and i tried so many times to login.
and i tried sending my password to my email but it wont send anything to my email i’ve been waiting forever! and i dont feel like making a new one, thats alot of friends to re-add.

I got locked out of my account over 3 months ago because I changed the password; like most people do from time to time and then I forgot what I changed it to, so I logged in too many times and I was locked out….I have emailed them through customer service over 20 times. Some were nice some were not! I have never in my life dealt with something so rediculous! ALL I NEED is my freakin password reset and sent to my email. And I do that like it says and I get nothing….it doesn’t send me anything to my email. And when i get their emails back they are those dumb ass responsed that I have already done 50 times and don’t work. I did the whole “salute” thing; which is bullshit! What type of service makes you take your freakin picture with a sign up!??!??!!! But i did it!!!!!! Only cuz i have pics of my daughter and i on there that i just don’t want out there in LIMBO. I can’t delete my account cuz i cant’ freakin log in!!!!!!!! I finally googled it to see if there was a # or something, and i came across this….along with with thousands of other complaints!!! I was so shocked to see that there are so many others like myself ready to scream!!!!!!! What do we do???? I’m so over this!!!!!
